"If I say, 'I will not mention him, or speak any more in his name,' there is in my heart as it were a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I am weary with holding it in, and I cannot." (Jeremiah 20:9) My heart's passion resonates with Jeremiah's sentiment. God has given me such a great love for His Word that I simply cannot help but share the treasures I find there with others. Bible journaling over the last 7 years has given me a delightful way to blend several current passions--doing art in my Bible, designing digital graphic arts printables for Bible journaling, and writing/teaching Bible studies. I have taught Bible studies in churches as a pastor's wife for years, but a whole new venue for reaching women with the Word of God opened with online Bible courses right before the Covid pandemic hit. I organized an online, year-long study of the Bible--cover to cover. What a joy Journey through the Bible was for the 500+ members who traveled together. We hungered for more and are currently now digging much deeper into 12 selected books of scripture in another online course, Embracing God's Word. I'm thrilled to be able to participate now in the Saved by Grace Bible Journaling Conference. I look forward to being able to connect more with you in my session, Standing in Grace.
