Hi, I'm Charlene, I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. I am every woman.

I live in Johannesburg, South Africa with my husband, Stuart, our three amazing kids (Joshua-James, Isabella and Timothy) and our two very old, very eccentric cats.

I love art and I love the Word. For me, when art and God's Word collide, that is where Bible Journaling begins. I am passionate about teaching others how to creatively express their love for God and record their own spiritual growth through Bible Journaling.

When I first started Bible Journaling, it was something that I was doing on my own, completely unaware that there was a whole community of like-minded souls out there! One morning in 2019 while having coffee with a good friend whom I hadn't seen in ages, we got to chatting about Bible Journaling, "What, you too!?"

And so our little Soul Sisters group was born. We started meeting and journaling together and now two years later we have a thriving ministry via a facebook group called Soul Sisters that we use to reach ladies with a creative approach to studying the Bible.
